Registration

Please click on the button below to fill out the Registration Packet. It can be dropped off at our location, faxed to  985-732-0580, or fill out the form below and attach the registration packet and the required documentation. 

Incoming students are required to complete and submit the Registration packet with all required documentation. (If your child is 5 years old on or before September 30th they may register for Kindergarten.)
