INVITATION TO BID: SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM SUPPLIES (2026–2027)
Northshore Charter School is formally requesting sealed bids for the purchase of food and supply items for the School Lunch Cafeteria for the 2026–2027 school year.
1. Contract Term & Scope
- Contract Period: August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
- Renewal Option: Northshore Charter School reserves the right to renew any or all awarded contracts for up to three (3) additional years, subject to the mutual agreement of all parties.
- Historical Spend Baseline: For reference, Northshore Charter School’s total expenditure on food purchases for the 2025–2026 school year was $181,473.00 (as of June 30, 2026).
2. Submission Deadlines & Location
- Submission Deadline: 10:00 a.m. on July 16, 2026
- Physical Location: School Lunch Office, Northshore Charter School, 111 Walker St., Bogalusa, LA 70427
3. Submission Methods & Guidelines
All bids must be submitted using the attached official Bid Form and must exclude all sales tax. Bids may be submitted via any of the following methods:
- By Mail: Must be sent via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested to the physical address above.
- Hand Delivery: May be dropped off directly at the School Lunch Office.
- Electronic Submission: May be submitted online via email to jeanna@northshorecharterschool.org.
⚠️ Envelope/Subject Line Labeling: To ensure proper sorting, physical envelopes or digital subject lines must be clearly marked with the specific category being bid on: "Food Items", "Bread Items", "Milk Items", or "Non-Food Items".

Northshore Charter School reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as well as the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
